STARTS NOVEMEBER 5th a TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. FOR 4 WEEKS. Join us for a 4-week session Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Brandon Riverview area to learn how to use a yoga wheel while incorporating the poles as a stationary stretching device. You will learn ways to use the yoga wheel to gain flexibility, find better balance, relieve stress, and relieve back pain learn inversions, assistance with shapes. We only have five spots total so join us for an intimate learning experience. The session is $80 for 4 weeks, wheels provided and available for sale. Join us to learn how to use a hoop on and off your body. This class is for all levels and I will direct my attention to beginners all the way up to advanced. I have been hooping 14 years and in business 12 while being able to make sure everybody in the room goes home learning. If you think you can’t hoop then you need me in your life because you will leave doing more than you ever dreamed of. We’re going to be focusing on on body foundations to learn how to use the hoop in both directions, body rolls and what to do when we drop the hoop to make it look smooth and pretty to where we didn’t actually mean to drop it. Hoops are provided, available for sale and I look forward to having you. We need at least five people signed up in advance so don’t delay if you’re interested in the class and space is limited, max is 10 people.

What to wear:Tennis shoes, barefoot, socks boots is appropriate, not sandals or flip flops. Cotton clothing is helpful and stuff that won’t get tangled up in the hoop. Slippery clothing is not helpful when learning. Bring your water, a small snack, your energy and your favorite hoop if you have one or two.
