Weekly Hoop Classes For Adults age 11 and up
When: Wednesday 7-8 p.m. (Please arrive by 6:45 for check-in)
Where: Planteen Recreation Center 301 Dort Street. Plant City, Fl 33563
Class is capped. You must sign up in advance. Feel free to text/call me to reserve your spot. Class cost is $20. Passes available.
When: Saturday 9-10 a.m. at an outdoor private location in Valrico or Brandon area. $20 text/call to sign up.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in. I have hoops for students to use in class and custom handmade hoops/poly pro hoops for purchase.
Wear:Form fitting workout clothes, and pants/shorts(preferably cotton)! Bring water and your energy. See you then with a hoop in your hand and a smile!!!
